Previous versions of had an iTunes-ogg.icns and iTunes-wma.icns file inside the program’s package containing iTunes icons for Ogg Vorbis and WMA encoded music. This discovery was followed by speculations about support for more music formats in the future.

The new iTunes 7 is missing these icons. Does it mean Apple dropped plans for adding Ogg and WMA support to iTunes? Or did they just clear out those old icons from former days and never seriously planned to add support for more formats in the first place? What do you think?
